We realize coordinated management of rooftop photovoltaic, energy storage and distribution grid, building a green building energy management network with linkage of source-grid-load-storage-charge. We learn much about the current building energy consumption characteristics to achieve optimal regulation of photovoltaic voltage, automatic optimization of energy storage charging and discharging strategies to maximize the efficiency and benefits of light storage.
Based on the RISE+ platform, we integrate the building's access control, security, and fire systems to provide a collection of key information to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of building management. We adopt digital twin technology to provide 3D building modelling rendering for key building facilities, making monitoring more intuitive and management more convenient.
Power efficiency management
Comprehensive management of water, electricity, gas and heat is carried out according to region and level. Interactive closed-loop management of air-conditioning, lighting and personnel activities is implemented to minimize energy loss caused by operating habits. We horizontally compare the energy consumption coefficients of each area and level, offer energy consumption hotspots, and provide decision-making support for energy saving and consumption reduction.
